HayKonfed confederation website

We redesigned and developed the website for HayKonfed – Animal Rights Confederation, creating a strong, informative, and easy-to-manage animal rights NGO website that supports public awareness and institutional communication.

Within the long-standing animal rights movement, the Marmara Animal Rights Federation, Anatolian Animal Rights Federation, and Aegean Animal Rights Federation were established. These three federations later came together to form the HayKonfed – Animal Rights Confederation. We designed a website structure that clearly reflects this organizational background and mission.

The website was built with a flexible content management system, allowing HayKonfed’s own editors to publish new articles, news, and announcements easily. Editors can also highlight selected content on the homepage using a customizable news slider.

To provide guidance and reliable information on animal rights, the website includes detailed content covering:

• Animal rights laws and regulations,
• Practical recommendations,
• Real-life cases and actions that can be taken in response.

We also published announcements for projects developed in collaboration with CarrefourSA (Carfursa). In addition, dedicated information sections were created to address frequently encountered issues in animal rights advocacy:

• Municipal Issues and Legal Information
• Neighborhood and Residential Complex Issues
• Official Correspondence and Public Calls
• Complaints and Requests

Beyond informational content, the website offers practical resources, including:

• AutoCAD shelter design drawings answering the question “How should an animal shelter be designed?”,
• Downloadable brochures, billboards, and stickers for awareness campaigns.

To ensure easy access and sharing of these materials, we implemented a Google Drive integration, allowing documents and visuals to remain up to date, accessible, and easily shareable.

Through this project, we delivered a professional NGO website that strengthens HayKonfed’s digital presence, supports advocacy efforts, and provides a sustainable platform for animal rights communication.
