We created a website in four languages Dutch, English, Turkish, and German for the certified translation company “turkstotaal,” which operates in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
For Turkstotaal, a sworn translation company operating in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, we designed and developed a professional, multilingual translation company website that digitalizes business processes and supports international clients.
The website was designed and developed in four languages: Dutch, English, Turkish, and German, providing a strong multilingual translator website infrastructure for both local and global audiences.
Through the website, we implemented an online translation request form that allows clients to upload documents to be translated (Word, Excel, and PDF formats). In addition, we enabled a system that allows both the company and the client to track the quotation and translation offer process digitally, making the sworn translation workflow faster and more transparent.
We integrated a 30,000-word bilingual dictionary into the website, supporting Dutch–Turkish and Turkish–Dutch language pairs. This dictionary allows users to search for words and instantly view their equivalents in the target language.
Based on the logo and page design provided by the client, we converted the selected visual design into a custom HTML and CSS template, fully aligned with the brand identity. The website was delivered fully functional and live, using the client’s own domain and hosting infrastructure.
During development, we used ASP.NET and jQuery technologies and custom-coded the company’s own dictionary brand named “Woordenboek”. Within the dictionary module:
Throughout the project, we provided consultancy services via scheduled remote desktop sessions and Skype meetings, working closely with the client to deliver long-term and sustainable solutions to various IT and technology-related challenges.
Through this project, we delivered a multilingual sworn translator website that combines an online translation request system, a custom dictionary infrastructure, and a professional digital presence, fully supporting Turkstotaal’s operational and communication needs.
